Sir/Madam,
A few days
ago I ordered a phone from your company. It was a Samsung A-300. I paid
£299 for
it. It is a wonderful phone. It is very small and the sound quality is
excellent.
However,
there is one problem. The phone has so many functions that I do not need half
of them. Besides, I can only find them in the Owner's Manual, but the phone
itself is too complicated for me.
Can I
exchange it for a Samsung A-200? It is more simple and cheaper. At least, that
is what my brother says. The Samsung A-200 is only £150. Could you send me a
refund by cheque?
